Appearance & co-branding
You can add your own identity to ExoHuman — a label and logos — and set a visual style for everyone on the instance. The ExoHuman product mark stays visible: your logo is additional identity, never a replacement.
Instance appearance (admins)
Section titled “Instance appearance (admins)”Open Settings → Instance → Instance appearance:
| Setting | Options |
|---|---|
| Display label | Your organisation’s name, shown beside the product mark |
| Logos | Separate variants for light and dark mode |
| Action palette | ExoHuman, Ocean or Forest |
| Corners | Standard or rounded |
| Density | Comfortable or compact |
| Default color mode | Light, dark or system |
| Default language | English, or a preview language |
The preview only affects its own card. Save applies the policy to everyone; Cancel discards the draft. If another admin saved in the meantime, you are asked to reload before saving — a stale draft never overwrites a newer policy.
The label and published logos are public: they appear on the sign-in page and in the Workspace, including for people without an operator account. Only display identity changes; instance names, URLs and sign-in remain the same.
Personal appearance
Section titled “Personal appearance”Everyone can open Settings → My account → Appearance to choose their own color mode and language, or Use instance default. Preferences follow your account across devices.
Settings → My account → My brand sets a personal display label and logo that appear in your own signed-in navigation — useful for consultants who work for several clients. It does not rebrand the instance for anyone else.
Logo requirements
Section titled “Logo requirements”- Still PNG, JPEG or WebP — no SVG and no animation.
- Up to 2 MiB and 2048 × 2048 pixels.
- The server re-encodes images to fresh PNG pixels, normalises orientation and strips metadata.
If you only upload one variant, it is used on a neutral backdrop in the other mode. Instance logos belong to the instance and survive the uploading admin’s account; personal logos are private and deleted with the account.
Languages
Section titled “Languages”The interface is in English. Spanish is available as an opt-in preview: it can be chosen per person or as the instance default, and untranslated text falls back to English. Agents answer in whatever language you write to them, regardless of the interface language.
Agent appearance
Section titled “Agent appearance”Settings → Instance → Agent appearance controls how agents are depicted — generated avatars and the animated orb. Owners can set an individual agent’s avatar from its page.
Mobile
Section titled “Mobile”Administrators have a mobile-optimised view at /m on their instance (for example https://acme.exohuman.cc/m). It can be installed to the home screen as a web app and covers agent status, start/stop, autonomy, the approval queue, alerts and fleet-wide controls such as Emergency Stop and Pause Schedules. Native mobile apps are planned but not yet available.
