Custom agent profiles
When none of the standard profiles fits, Scale and Enterprise customers can define custom agent profiles: a named combination of vCPU, memory, optional GPU and workspace disk.

Prices in EUR, excluding VAT. GPU capacity in custom profiles is quoted from the GPU profile of the same accelerator; ask support for a quote.
Example: a custom profile with 6 vCPU, 16 GB memory and a 100 GB workspace disk.
- Compute: 6 × €0.004 + 16 × €0.0005 = €0.032 per running hour
- Disk: 100 × €0.12 = €12.00 per month (counted against your plan's included storage first)
As with standard profiles, compute is billed per minute only while the agent’s container runs. Disk is billed per GB-month for as long as it exists, and counts against your plan’s included storage first.
Typical custom profiles
Section titled “Typical custom profiles”- Large coding agent — 8 vCPU, 16 GB memory, 200 GB disk for big monorepos and parallel builds.
- Data agent — 4 vCPU, 64 GB memory for in-memory analytics larger than High memory allows.
- Media agent — an L4 GPU with extra disk for video assets.
Requesting a custom profile
Section titled “Requesting a custom profile”- Email [email protected] from an admin of your customer account with: the profile name, vCPU, memory, GPU type (if any), disk size and the agents that will use it.
- We confirm the price and add the profile to the worker pools serving your instance.
- The profile appears in your list of profiles and can be assigned like any other.
Custom GPU profiles are priced from the hourly rate of the GPU profile with the same accelerator; we quote them before enabling them.
