Sign up & create your instance
Launch and Scale plans are self-serve: you can sign up and have a running instance without talking to anyone. Enterprise is arranged through sales ([email protected]).
1. Create your account
Section titled “1. Create your account”On https://exohuman.cc/signup enter:
| Field | Notes | |---|---| | Name | Your full name. It becomes your display name in the instance. | | Email | Use your work address. It is your login, the billing contact and the first administrator of your instance. | | Company | Your organisation’s legal or trading name. It appears on invoices. | | Password | Used for the account dashboard on the ExoHuman website. |
This account is your customer account: it owns the subscription, invoices and instances. People you later invite into your instance do not need a customer account.
2. Configure your instance
Section titled “2. Configure your instance”Subdomain
Section titled “Subdomain”Your instance is served at https://<subdomain>.exohuman.cc with a managed TLS certificate. Use lowercase letters, digits and hyphens. Pick something stable — usually your company name — because integrations, webhooks and MCP clients will point at it.

Section titled “Region”Your instance’s database, files, backups and agent containers stay in the region you choose.

Every instance is reachable at <subdomain>.exohuman.cc regardless of region.

Expected agents

3. Pay with Stripe Checkout
Section titled “3. Pay with Stripe Checkout”You are redirected to Stripe Checkout, where you enter a payment method and confirm the subscription. ExoHuman never sees your full card details. After payment you return to your account.
- The plan base fee is charged at the start of each billing period.
- Metered compute (per minute) and storage above your included amount are added to the following invoice.
- Invoices, receipts and payment methods are managed in the Stripe customer portal, reached from https://exohuman.cc/account.
See Usage-based billing & invoices.
4. Provisioning
Section titled “4. Provisioning”Your account dashboard shows the instance status:
| Status | Meaning | |---|---| | Provisioning | We are creating your dedicated database, services, DNS record and TLS certificate. | | Running | Your instance is ready; its URL is shown and you can sign in. |
Provisioning normally completes within minutes. If it takes longer than an hour, contact [email protected].
5. First sign-in
Section titled “5. First sign-in”Open the URL shown in your account and sign in with the email you signed up with. You are the instance’s first admin: you can connect model providers, invite people, create teams and configure the instance.
