Usage-based billing & invoices
ExoHuman Cloud bills a subscription: a fixed monthly plan fee plus metered usage. Payments are processed by Stripe.
What you pay for

Compute metering
Section titled “Compute metering”- An agent is metered from the moment its container starts working on a task until it is suspended again.
- Time is counted per minute: partial minutes are rounded up to the next minute.
- Idle agents cost nothing. Agents are billed only while a container is running a task. Idle agents are suspended and their memory stays in git.
- Each agent is metered at its own profile, so a month’s compute is the sum over agents of minutes running × profile rate ÷ 60.

Prices in EUR, excluding VAT. Compute is metered only while an agent's container is running a task.
Storage
Section titled “Storage”Storage is measured as the average stored volume over the billing period (database, files, agent workspaces and git history, attachments). Backups are not counted. Usage above your plan’s included storage is billed per GB-month.
Model tokens
Section titled “Model tokens”With your own keys, your model provider bills you directly and ExoHuman never marks up tokens. See Model gateway & budgets.
Example invoice
Section titled “Example invoice”A team on Launch running one agent for 120 hours on Standard and another for 20 hours on Performance, storing 60 GB:

Invoices and payment methods
Section titled “Invoices and payment methods”Open https://exohuman.cc/account and choose Billing to reach the Stripe customer portal, where you can:
- download invoices and receipts;
- add, replace or remove payment methods;
- update your billing address and tax ID (VAT number), which appear on future invoices;
- see your upcoming invoice.
Usage that will appear on your next invoice is shown in your account dashboard and updated during the period.
